American Sentry Solar is looking for several Clean Energy Ambassadors to generate new business by initiating connections with potential customers at community events and shows. The role will be responsible for building brand awareness and setting appointments.

General Responsibilities:

  • Represent American Sentry Solar at community events and shows to educate homeowners on the benefits of company products
  • Schedule homeowners for in-home solar analysis or home improvement estimates
  • Distribute marketing materials to designated targeted areas
  • Set up event booths/tents to include marketing displays and giveaways, ensuring an attractive and orderly presentation of materials
  • Engage potential customers during events to increase engagement with booth and materials

Position Requirements:

  • Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic
  • Consistently meet performance metrics
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Be goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Freely interact with potential customers
  • Display enthusiasm, engagement, and persistence in customer interactions.

What we Offer:

  • A starting base pay of $15 per hour plus uncapped commission potential.
  • Mileage reimbursement.
  • Flexible scheduling.

Schedule:

  • This position operates exclusively on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and may vary to meet business needs. This position is PART-TIME.

Job description

American Design and Build / American Sentry Solar is hiring for Field Marketers. This role is the perfect first step in a lucrative sales career. We will provide you with all the training needed to be successful. You will learn about our products and how to be successful in the sales/business world.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in residential lead generation with a team of representatives.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to entice the interest of homeowners.
  • Participate in ongoing training.
  • Additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • This is an entry-level position so we will provide all the necessary training needed to succeed. We do ask however that you come with a few soft skills.
  • Good communication
  • Positive demeanor
  • The drive for success

What we offer:

  • While many sales positions are based strictly on the commission, we understand starting in the field can be difficult. Therefore, we provide an hourly rate with weekly pay along with uncapped commission.
  • Average entry-level sales reps will earn between $40,000 – $60,000 in total but are dependent on individual performance.
  • A Monday – Friday schedule with flexibility as needed.

American Sentry Solar is looking for several Solar Sales Consultants who are sales-driven and money-motivated to conduct in-home sales presentations and close deals to customers while explaining our product offerings and packages.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with homeowners and conduct exciting and inviting in-home sales demonstrations.
  • Foster a positive relationship with customers to build trust while growing a pipeline of new business and referrals.
  • Ensure a clean post-sale while remaining as the point of contact for the homeowner for all questions and concerns.
  • Ensure accurate input of all information into the CRM system.
  • Participate in any ongoing training and development sessions.
  • Partner with Sales Manager to develop ideas to increase market presence.
  • Able to drive to Bel Air, MD as needed to attend interviews and training seminars as necessary.

 

Qualifications:

  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to speak with confidence and poise.
  • Able to self-motivate while working with dignity.
  • Sales/Home Sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Customer Service experience is a plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required).

 

Salary and Benefits:

  • $75,000 – $150,000 per year average compensation.

American Sentry Solar is currently looking for a Commercial Foreman Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial sector leading a team of electricians.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely and confidently perform electrical work in small to large commercial construction environments.
  • Install, perform, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and industrial applications.
  • Plan and layout work projects from schematics, sketches, blueprints and/or verbal instructions.
  • Ensure work performed by all electricians is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codes.
  • Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues.
  • Work with the branch team to fulfill any necessary system upgrades/repairs to support our solar equipment.
  • Additional duties as may be assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Electrical installation and repair experience required.
  • Must possess a valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification or equivalent per local and state requirements, e.g., wireman license.
  • Able to work as a team and individually with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Valid Driver’s License w/ the ability to travel out of state as necessary.
